<--- My Macedonian immigrant grandparents John & Evangelia Kerlanoff. This version of "Misirlou" is similar to the one danced to at family parties and celebrations when I was growing up. It's exact origin is a little murky but "Misirlou" was loved and quickly claimed as their own by Mediterraneans of all flavors. It is one of my favorite tunes.
